I bought this one because of the cover too, of course! It was when I noticed that the guy on the front was transparent that I knew I had to get it. I love ghost stories! And yup, there is a very ghostly guy in this book! Actually, he’s only in the first story. This book is divided into 5 very cute love stories. The artwork is very cute, and just slightly scratchy/wispy. I really like the expressions on the faces of the guys for some reason. I think it’s something about their eyes, they look just the tiniest bit crossed or something. I don’t know, I can’t explain it ^_^ Anyway, the ghost boy appears in the first story.

Haruka TSUCHIYA has the unusual ability to see ghosts. It runs in her family- her mother works as a medium. Usually Haruka isn’t that thrilled to see ghosts, but things change when she meets Ryuutarou. He is a ghost at her school, and looks to be about her age. He is excited to meet Haruka too. He hasn’t really met anyone who can see him. Ryuutarou plays lots of ghostly tricks on Haruka, but also seems determined to help her out. Haruka is in love with a guy in her class, Kamijou-kun. Ryutarou decides to help Haruka out in getting Kamijou-kun to notice her. But does she really need a ghost’s help? And why is Ryutarou haunting her school anyway? Is he there for a reason?

The next story is about a girl named Mami who has been unlucky in love. Her boyfriends cheat on her and leave her heartbroken. Then one day at a gou-kon (group blind date) with her friends, she meets Takumi-kun. Is he really different? Or is he like all the other guys who have mistreated Mami? Next up is a story about a relationship in trouble! A-chan is very beautiful and popular at school. All the guys like her. But she has had a boyfriend for 3 months. His name is Yoshi, and Ai really loves him, but starts to doubt that he really cares about her. He always acts so unruffled around her, even when other guys flirt with her. Then Ai meets a guy in another class who really likes her. But what about her boyrfriend? The next story combines love and peer pressure ^_^ Akari is popular in her class with her circle of friends. They hand out in the back of the classroom and laugh and joke and gossip. But the guy who sits near them, Araki, is not that impressed with Akari’s choice in friends. Of course, Akari isn’t that impressed with Araki either (arg, similar names…) but is surprised when he shows her his circle of friends, and she learns a lesson about loyalty in friendship. Finally the last story is a cute romantic tale of a girl in love with a guy she should only be thinking of as a friend. But sometimes you just can’t control your feelings!
